im confused

i had my appointment two weeks after i had my baby through c section my Dr gave me birth control idk if that means ive been cleared or not ,btw i have not had sex i dont think ill ever be ready for that since ive been feeling gross & just annoyed of the thought of sex just the thought of sex annoys me that & bc i had a second degree tear inside my cochie ... so yea thats my question if anyone has been cleared just by the doctor given them birth control? i had to had an emergency c section bc my baby wouldnt go through vaginally
