Mocud plug?

Hi, i'm 37.5 weeks with first baby. I've noticed some kind of discharge today everytime i wipe after going to pee, but i did not pay attention. But now when i wiped there was something that look like mocus plug (at least i think it does, the only comparison i have is the TMI pics some people post here).

So, should i be worried? Should i do something or contact my doctor? I haven't felt anything else.
