I just read about the baby, now a 30 year old, from the famous nirvana cover, suing nirvana and others cause he claims it is child porn.

He claims they promised his penis would be covered, yet this wasn't the case.

Now, as much as i think that if they promised, they should have covered it. I do however find it strange to start claiming money for it after 30 years. This gives me the feeling it is about the money.

Second, i do not think this cover is child porn. There is nothing sexual about the picture. This is an innocent baby and we should stop seeing potential sex in everything.
