Clogged duct??

So I woke up in the middle of the night last night with a tingling feeling down my left arm, and some pain in my armpit. My toddler didn’t nurse before bed last night, so I was thinking it may just be a clogged duct. I’m also 16 weeks pregnant.

I tried to get her to nurse this morning but she pulled off and said there was nothing left after 2 minutes, and there was a small fatty stringy milk bleb when she pulled off. Should I use a warm compress and massage like for a normal clog? I’m not even sure anything much will come out anymore but I’m a bit uncomfortable 😣

Edit- put a heating pack on, and instant relief. I’ll probably try some massage and keep the heating pack on till it helps clear things up hopefully
