Need excuse to miss funeral on retrieval day
My husband’s great uncle just passed away and the funeral is on my tentative egg retrieval day. We’re keeping this journey a secret from our families. I don’t know what excuse he can give for both of us to miss it that won’t spark major questions. Usually he’d go to functions if I can’t and he’s very close to his family. It’s on a weekend so work isn’t an excuse.
