Is it true if your pregnant you shouldn’t eat honey? Also what are things you shouldn’t eat while pregnant?

You can’t have unpasteurized honey.
Regular honey is fine.
No raw eggs, no raw meat, no unpasteurized cheese, no alcohol and no drugs! That’s it!

I’ve just googled it and there are no studies on raw honey for those Who are pregnant plus my best friend are literally everything when she was pregnant soo… p.s. her baby is gorgeous and healthy

My OB told me there’s not really anything that you can’t eat. Even people will tell you not to eat lunch meat for fear of listeria, but they told me all you have to do is heat it up in the microwave for about 15 seconds and you’re good to go. As well as fish, they said to seriously limit fish intake, but every once in a while is fine. As far as the honey goes, I’ve never heard that so I’m not sure.
