Health concerns

This is on behalf of my sister. Recently she’s been having lots of lady problems. Her period is all over the place and she said any time her and her partner do anything sexual, she starts bleeding the next morning.

She went to the dr today and got a Pap smear. The dr then told her she needs a sonogram. When she asked how much it would be because her insurance won’t cover it, the dr told her he’s not going to charge her because she really needs one. Then he told her to schedule another appointment for the sonogram because they need her pap results back.

Any ideas what’s wrong with her? They sent her home without telling her what the concern was or answering her questions
