Sleep training
We have tried CIO and Ferber method and nothing is working my LO will not sleep in her own room. Any recommendations she's 8 months old. We have even tried the progressive disappearing method thingy. She'll only sleep in our arms or in bed with me while my husband sleeps on the couch. We have been trying to sleep train for over 3 weeks now.
