Need help please?

So the situation is there's me and my boyfriend, a toddler and in February a newborn. As of right now we will all be sharing one room and it isn't that big, I just need a little organisational advice and what things I can do and/or buy to help organise things.

I’m in a similar situation. My son is 10, my husband, myself and baby due in February in a 1 bedroom. We’ll be moving to a bigger place within the next year, but as a temporary fix I found the idea of a crib under a loft bunk bed on Pinterest. I purchased the bed already for my son. The crib will be added before the baby is born. Here are some pics for visuals. 
I bought a loft bed off Walmart.com that came with built in shelves on one side underneath (still plenty of room for the crib). We’ll be using the fabric cubes to store the baby clothes on the shelves. Added a pic of the bed I bought as well. I suggest measuring your space, ceiling height, and checking the bed specifications (before purchasing any of these beds) to make sure it fits in your space.

We got a shelf with a clothes hanging bar on the bottom so my son could have his own "closet" to hang his clothes. That has helped us so much because we keep his socks and other small items in bins on the shelf. My son will be 3 in October and baby sister is due in February, and we also share a room. My son has his own room, but he isn't ready to sleep there yet. Just utilize as much space as you can. The walls and under the bed can all be used for storage.

So it really depends on your parenting style but I’ve never had a crib with any of my newborns. I use a playpen that converts from a bassinet to a full playpen next to my bed. You can get one for $75 on Amazon right now that’s perfect and it’s exactly what I’m getting. Space has always been an issue in my house build in 1843. 😂 Tiny rooms, one bathroom, 4 kids. We make it work 🤗
