Could I be pregnant?

Period is always on time, maybe early or late by one day . i forgot to log my July period but me and my sister are in sync and we started on the 21st.

Here it is , the 26th which means I am roughly 7 days late. My boobs hurt. I havent had much cramping and last night I started spotting and had egg white, stretchy CM. By spotting I mean light pink. It has since stopped.

What are the chances?
