How to overcome rage
So sometimes my temper can get really bad out of the blue whether it’s triggered by my winey child, or my messy house etc. But I’ve noticed that when I lose my temper I get into a state of rage which scares my children and it can even scare me. I need some advice on how to overcome that, I hate feeling that way and wish I could stop these angry outbursts. I know a lot of it is that I’m reaching the point of burn out with working full time and then full time mommy mode at home to a 2 year old and a 9 year old. My house is always a disaster as we live in a small condo with too much stuff. So there definitely are triggers but the feeling of rage is a terrible feeling.
