help needed!

My baby was born on the 22nd, my milk came in quickly, but 1 my babies latch isn't the best which most likely started my next problem. I'm engorged. To the point both of my breasts are rock hard and aren't movable. I keep being told back and forth things. I'm told don't pump let your baby do his work but at the same time he's not emptying me and with his latch he's just not doing the job. I'm in so much pain with this engorgment. I'm not sure what I should do. Even when I do pump and let him nurse I'm still hard. Any tips?
