2DPO today. I used preseed , mucinex , and young living progessence plus during this cycle. this is cycle 4 of TTC. i used opk’s to confirm ovulation day. I BD every day but Ovulation day. used preseed every time i BD during my fertile week except the day after ovulation day and starting using young living progessence on Ovulation day. who had used any of these to help them get a BFP??
