TTC after Miscarriage

How long did it take you to get a BFP after a miscarriage? Me and my husband have been trying for 8 months now I’m 4DPO and I am not feeling good about this cycle. I know they say it’s not over til AF arrived but I’m just mentally exhausted seeing BFN every month. Does anyone have any advice?
