first postpartum period

what did your first post partum period look like in the beginning? i'm 5 weeks pp almost 6 and my bleeding stopped over a week ago, i barely bled as it was (preterm delivery at 22 weeks) i've had periods heavier. tonight i noticed some light red/pink blood when i wiped and then later saw some brownish in my underwear. but barely any idk if this is my period or just random pp bleeding. i don't have any cramping or anything so far
