Help possible chemical

I'm confused. I believe I had a chemical. I got a few positive test before period was due. On the 23rd ( af was due ) I started spotting. Next morning I had a little more. Turned in to heavy bleeding. Had that for a day and a half. Then it turned into almost like a light period now I'm spotting again. I did take another test just to see if it gotten lighter. It actually got darker. I was exactly 4 weeks. I did have some small clots and cramping. Can't see doctor until September 29th. Was told to go to er if I felt I needed too. Should I go? I'm only spotting now. Here's my test during the heavy bleeding and the one from today that's darker.
