Pregnancy after implant removal

Hi there I was just wondering if anyone has gotten pregnant after getting the rod taken out or how long it took them to ovulate etc after getting it removed? I'm having so many pregnancy symptoms that I didn't get and did get with my last 2 pregnancies but I've only been off the rod for 2 weeks , I just feel something is up I have a doctors appointment on Monday and my period isn't due for another week but I don't usually get sore boobs this bad ever and only usually cramp the day before my period and I've had cramping, very run down, discharge, extremely sore boobs, have been so hungry and don't know what i wanna eat and also randomly vomiting I've taken a test it's negative just going insane rn
