Baby ate poop

So I went to go to the store. Put my daughter in her seat and the drive is about 30 minutes. When we get there she had had a blow out and her binky I’m guessing got in her leg and she grabbed the binky and put it in her mouth. So there is poop on the binky and she was sucking it. 😵 I didn’t even hear her toot and she didn’t fuss. I of course immediately took the binky out and cleaned her and it and gave her a new binky until we are home and I can sanitize it… but should I be worried she’s going to get sick or something?
