Honest opinions

Looking for honest opinions. My line doesn’t seem to be progressing any more. If you look close it looks like 15dpo is a bit lighter than 14dpo. These are all with FMU. I can’t help but feel like this could be another miscarriage. What do you all think? It’s hard for me to be positive after 3 losses, but I also know what is meant to be will be. I should add that I can’t go in for bloodwork or anything yet because we are waiting for new insurance to kick in
