Help?!?!?!?

I am 7 weeks 4 days and having some really weird discharge. I had a miscarriage in 2019 maybe I’m just paranoid but can you ladies please give me some advice.

Somethings to note:

- No sex has happened for about two weeks.

- No pain (ie cramping)

- Still have some symptoms, tired and my boobs are somewhat still sore

- It’s only when I wipe

- I am on 200MG progesterone orally at night
