Normal toddler sleep behavior?

Does this sound normal? My toddler acts so odd at nights sometimes. She wakes up in the night and walks back and forth or sometimes makes weird moments with her hands and lays back down. Most nights she wakes up crying too. (She’s not autistic btw) she’s 3.5 last night she kept getting up and sitting on my vanity stool. She sleeps in our bedroom we have her bed in ours because she won’t sleep in her room.
