How far along would I be?

So in late july I had a miscarriage and got pregnant again before I even had a period so going by lmp isnt an option. I did use ovulation tests and on Aug 4th I got a positive test so my apps said aug 5th was my ovulation day. Does that mean aug 5th is the day I conceived and how far along would I be? My apps say I would be 5 weeks 3 days. I dont have a ultrasound until sep 29th by then my apps say I would 9 weeks 6 days. All I had a was a pregnancy confirm appointment with blood draw.
