How to tell him

I’m 19 and he is 20. We talk everyday and we’ve seen each other about 4 times. We’ve gone out for coffee, ice cream etc and normally go back to his place after. Today when we were at his place he was a lot more touchy. We do make out and stuff but I save sex for being in a relationship and him and I r not. I feel like he might think things might escalate sexually soon but idk how to tell him I won’t do that unless we r actually together. I don’t want to scare him off but I don’t wanna end up used just for that. I’d want more then that but idk if he feels the same in that way:(
