PCOS Workout

Hi ladies! I was recently diagnosed with PCOS in my left ovary. My OB just suggested that I diet and cut off sugar as much as possible. I was originally 59 kg and was asked to lower it down to 49kg. In 1 1/2 week I was able to lose 4kg (currently 56kg) this is just diet and IF alone, no exercises involved. Do you have any recommended exercise routine? also routines that targets our sugar belly 😂
