Frustrated/ UTI

Hello all! I am 32 weeks and on antibiotics for the 6th time this pregnancy because of a reoccurring UTI. I have no symptoms of a UTI but my urine always has blood and protein in it. I am on the last day or antibiotics and the last few days my urine has been normal color; no blood. This morning I went to the restroom after my shower and there is blood again in my urine. Do I need to call my dr again? Go get seen? I was in the hospital for a day last week due to high blood pressure. Baby is perfectly fine according to all the scans but my lower stomache and back are hurting. Idk why I keep getting UTIs. I am very hydrated with water all the time. Any suggestions. Thanks mamas!!
