Ovulation Help

Can someone please tell me if the last two test are positive? The first is 8/30 CD13 at 11:45Pm and the other is 8/31 at 11:20Am, according to the glow app my peak was CD13 and I ovulate today at CD14. I had lit ovulation spotting early this morning.
