Do you wake at night to pump?

What does your feeding/pumping schedule look like in correlation to your LO sleep?

My 4 month old gradually slept longer and longer each night (until my in-laws babysat from 4-11pm one night- coincidence, I’m sure) and now is back to waking up at 3:45 every night. I go to bed at like 9/10 and wake up at 12 to pump (last feeding 6:30pm). Do you wake up to pump if your LO is sleeping longer stretches? I’ve had mastitis twice and really don’t want to risk getting it again. Any advice? Would love to hear what other mama’s do. Thanks!
