Help with pill

Hey ladies so I have been skipping my period for about 3 months now and just today what I thought I had was breakthrough bleeding but I checked my cycle and ugh nope it’s like spotting about to have a period. I’m concerned because I haven’t taken the inactive pill and quite some time and I haven’t missed 2 days in a long time I missed 1 days last week but I hadn’t missed any long before hand. I’m planing on taking the white pill but I have no idea what to do. Please help😭
