Progesterone orally vs vaginally
For those of you who have taken it both orally and vaginally, did you notice different symptoms based on how you took it? Did you have any stronger side effects one way or another?
This time I'm trying it orally and the bloating is terrible, last cycle I did vaginally and it was like nothing and it was a stronger dose.
