Should I call my ob?

I’m 32 weeks pregnant yesterday I noticed my right eye kept getting a tad bit blurry but I ignored it and it went away fast forward to today I wake up with a horrible migraine and I can’t seem to shake it off.

Back story this is my 3rd pregnancy in 2.5 years first baby came at 32 weeks randomly and second baby came at 36 because my blood pressure was high even tho I felt fine the whole time! I dread to call because I’m high risk and they always just make me go in to l and d to get monitored so idk what to do
