Need some advice!

So ive been at my job for 2months working 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am) which was fine in the beginning. My kids are going back to school Tuesday and I wouldn’t be able to get them to school. I don’t want my husband(not their dad) to take them everyday. At the moment we only have 1 vehicle so he would be walking with a 9&5yo M-F. My current job I make $17 but I am literally exhausted from working 8 days straight every other week. This has basically been my schedule each week. If I work 12hrs on the weekend I have to work M-F due to the pay period for the following week. My previous job I would be making 13.50 30hrs a week as a Lead Day shift (8:30-5) with the option for pay increase after 90days. I know the solution is obvious but I just feel like my financial situation will plummet. Im used to the OT and getting paid every week. What would you ladies/gents do?
