Sleep regression and naps
How long does this stupid sleep regression last? And what are you guys doing when they don’t nap at all? I’m trying to stay consistent and still putting her down to nap. The other day I slept on the ground with her but I feel like that’s just gonna start bad habits. Do I just leave her in the crib for an hour? And take her out after that even if she doesn’t nap? She’s so stubborn she sleeps standing up and I can tell she’s wobbly. So I KNOW she’s tired 🤦🏽♀️
