Period cramps at 24 weeks?

Rebecca • Wife💍 Harrisons mommy 🥰 TTC baby #2

Hi ladies, im currently exactly 24 weeks and have noticed since last night ive had some mild period type cramping in my lower back and hip area. Doesnt feel like round ligament pain or anything ive experienced before. No tightening so im doubtful of braxton hicks. It also doesnt come and go and is pretty constant. Is this something i should be concerned of or could it just be normal stretching pains? I plan to drink a ton of water to see if im dehydrated. I had an ultrasound a few days ago on the 29th of august and my cervix was completely closed and long and baby looked great so im doubtful of preterm labour but obviously cant rule it out. I also had some looser stool the past 2 days but it isnt diarrhea and i was constipated for days before that, so it isnt uncommon for me to get bursts of looser stool after being constipated. I did have some pressure in my cervix when passing stool yesterday once but nothing since then. My little man is still active!
