Bleeding at 6 weeks

I’m 6 weeks today. Third pregnancy, 2 healthy babies.

Last night I had light pink spotting. Went to bed and woke up to nothing then within an hours having huge clots and lots of blood. That lasted about 2 hours and now it has completely stopped. No spotting or anything. No cramps.

I did take another test and it’s significantly lighter than the ones in the last week.

Doc is having me come in for blood work today and Saturday.

Has anyone had random, heavy bleeding, then none and go on to have a successful pregnancy?

I had zero bleeding or spotting with my first two.
