He never listens

My boyfriend never listens to me and I’m at my breaking point. I drives me insane it’s like I’m invisible. We will be driving and I’ll tell him which way to go and he won’t listen and go the wrong way. I ask him to stay quiet while I’m on a work call and he disregards it. I ask him to hand me something as he’s passing by and he just ignores me and walks past what I need. It’s driving me crazy he doesn’t listen because he knows nothing bad will happen to him if he doesn’t listen to me. Every time I talk about how invisible it makes me feel it just comes off as like I’m too bossy and I’m mad he doesn’t do anything I say but I’m mad he doesn’t even acknowledge what I say!! I feel like a live alone or I’m just going crazy. I don’t know why in his mind he thinks what I say isn’t important at any point. He’s even paid the price for it before , I told him not to run a red light (yellow for a long time obviously turning red) because there’s always a cop at the intersection, he ran it and got pulled over!! Like how has he not realized he isn’t the smartest person in the world. How do I address this without sound song whiny
