Cancer and pregnancy

So I have a question, in 2013 when I was 12 years old I was diagnosed with Leukemia (cancer) I followed treatment for about 3 years (chemotherapy) and am now completely cancer free since a few years…

I am now 20 years old and pregnant and I’m now very much worried. I’m still too early and have not had my first prenatal appointment yet or an ultrasound so I can’t ask this question yet to my doctors but was hoping that maybe one of the mamas on here have an answer? Because they too are a cancer survivor?

Will the fact that I had cancer have risks for me or baby during my pregnancy..? And if so which ones?

Are any of you cancer survivors with a healthy baby and did you have a normal healthy delivery? Thank you ❤️
