Unisom … sleep tabs ?

Anybody ever tried unisom sleep tabs during third trimester. Dr told me it’s safe but wanted to know if anybody else tried them and how long it takes to kick in … do you prefer one tab or two ?

Every night i take 1 tab before bed .. its the only way i get sleep or i stay up staring at the wall going back in time over every stupid decision  ive made in life 🤣😩 im going on 32 weeks ❤️

They have me feeling groggy all of the next day. I like taking a half tablet 30 minutes before bed

I took them every trimester basically every night😂 helped with nausea and helped me sleep. I would stick to just one though…when I first started taking them even just one pill made me super groggy the next day! But after awhile my body got used to them and I didn’t have the groggy feeling anymore

Both this pregnancy and my second I’ve taken a quarter to half tab (25mg tab) every night the whole pregnancy to fight insomnia and nausea. Start small. They can affect you very strongly!

I have taken them during my entire pregnancy’s because of extreme nausea. They are perfectly safe.

You can take those your whole pregnancy, most take them for nausea actually. Perfectly safe
