Ovulation

Ok y’all. I had my period last month and before that had my first ovulation from before I got pregnant. I’m now 9 months post partum and had my first ovulation which was 2 days of high strips and then 2 weeks later got the heaviest longest period of my life. Now I’m on cd 15 and have yet to ovulate again. Tonight I had a lot of stretchy discharge with streaks of brown and pink in it. Only when I wipe. But my ovulation strip still says negative. What could be going on?
