My name is Laura, should I avoid using the name Aurora (Rory) for my baby?

I’m just worried it might sound twee with how it rhymes.. I think it’s pretty and also love the name Rory

Imo it’s the middle and last names that matters more. I mean I don’t agree with names like “North West” and no matter how well the name flows, do not let your child’s initials be something like GAS or STD. Just consider how the name and initials sound because kids can be brutal to one another.

I would only think it confusing if you both answer to Rory, like does your husband yell that across the house to you now? Of course you’ll be mom or momma or something to her, but will others talking to you confuse her? If you don’t go by Rory then I think it’s perfect!
