Red Rasberry leaf tea?

Has anyone started taking it? I’m now 18+ 4 and started taking it today. I really want to do a natural birth and I heard this Rea helps stretch your uterus and prepares it for birth. Does anyone know if I’m starting it to early or the earlier the better?

I personally wait until third trimester. I do one cup the first month of third tri, two cups the second, and three cups the third.

I took it for my last two pregnancies but I was told it’s better to take it after week 35 just to make sure baby is fully developed and to not induce my body to go into labor earlier. But I will ask your ob

I would drink raspberry tea since the beginning of my pregnancy not knowing it can start labor or what not… lol i didn’t work! When I was due, nothing worked and I had done everything! 🥵 I wouldn’t rely so much on it…

People usually start after 35 weeks.

I’d wait until third trimester. In my personal experience, I took it a day before I went into labor with my second pregnancy.
