The last resort I have is therapy. But I’m so livid right now

I should have left from the beginning. So 2 weeks ago, my bf and I were in the car. We live together. His parents live literally like the next block. So we were in the car and it was hot. He rolled the windows down but I was still HOT. I told him to the the AC. He got irritated and said we can’t put the windows up cause of his window tinting. He said it grabs the cops attention and may get pulled over. So we go back and use my car. My car is new I just got it 4 months ago. We use the AC. Everything is fine. We come across his cousin and his girlfriend. We eat together. My bf was being an asshole. So his cousin was asking me about my career and what I wanna do. Told him I aspire being a personal trainer. My bf literally told me “can you shut up with that shit” it was an awkward silence. His cousin looked embarrassed and changed the topic quick. My bf kept getting up into this alley at the restaurant. Literally every 10 min he got up and went back there. He texted me he needed to smoke weed. I was really annoyed. So then a classic car drives by. My dad is into those classic cars and when I was little I used to go with him to the car shows. So I said “I remember going to those shows. I think I even came to this one before I knew you babe” my bf looked annoyed and said “haha sure so funny. Did you also flirt with the guys in those cars?” Wtf???

I was quite the whole time. He wanted to go to the mall but he ruined the whole mood. My bf screamed at me and said I’m so boring. He told me our relationship is boring that I never wanna do fun stuff. Why would I be in the mood when he plain out disrespects me in front of his cousin and gf

He was screaming so hard. Told me “fuck I wanna smack you in your face” he said that when I told him I wanted to go to his moms house.

I was already crying and he told me he didn’t want his mom seeing me. I still parked in front of the house and he kept telling me “stop involving my mom. She’s going to ask what’s wrong” so I wiped my tears and I walked to the house. My bf was literally behind my ass giving the look. His mom was like “are you ok?” And my bf gave me that look. I just took off.

So we talked things out. Maybe I shouldn’t have. Well today we got into an argument which is long to explain but it lead to me insulting him. Guess what he does? He goes to his moms, eats there, tells her the bitch I’m being. Tells her our problems putting me on blast.

I packed my shit and left. He’s been trying to locate me. I’m mad he puts me on the spot but when I wanted to tell her he literally threatened me with not telling her. But then again it’s his mom idk
