C section recovery question

Hi girlies! It’s been one week and a day since my c section.. last night I woke up and just had the chills and couldn’t get warm. my body was shaking fell back to sleep woke up in a sweat. All day I’ve been kinda chilled. But no fever .. has this happened to anybody after c section?
