Confused by Glow- first trimester counted wrong?

My last period was Aug 4 and Premom app has me at 4 weeks and 5 days.

glow app has me at 1 week and 6 days… I don’t understand why??

Anyone know how to edit this or is this correct?😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫
