Toddler bedtime nightmare

Wondering if anyone has gone through this or can give me advice. My daughter will be turning 2 and for the past few nights has been getting so worked up when I leave the room at bed time she throws up her dinner and nighttime milk. Idk what to do.

I thought maybe she has a stomach bug, but her appetite is completely normal, no fever, nap time is completely normal. Normally for naps/ bed I change her, sleep sack, noise machine, lovey, pacifier and hugs/ kisses goodnight then leave the room. Before she would just lay right down and fall asleep. Now after hugs/ kisses she stands right up, watches me leave then SCREAMS. Idk what to do other then stay in the room until she falls asleep but I don’t want to start that habit. HELP!
