I’m struggling with wtf is going on with my LO when it comes to bedtime.

She screams (think high pitched/murder in progress/exorcism) when either me or my SO leave the room at night. This is AFTER she’s fallen asleep in her bed. She wants us to stay in the room with her all night or to go back where everyone else is (living room or our bedroom).

We do story time before bed with her, bath before that; so she knows it’s coming but lately she’s been screaming for us to come back and now she’s discovered how to open her bedroom door and get out of her room….😫

I’m not sure if she’s afraid of something or if this is typical for her age (“terrible twos”) or if something else may be going on? 🤷‍♀️

All this is happening while she’s been having tantrums throughout the day because the wind blows out of the east. 🤦‍♀️😒😩

Needless to say, I’m BEYOND exhausted!!!

Help!! Tips? Tricks? Ride it out? Give her to the fire station? (JK…I’m clearly joking here Karen, relax)
