It was very surface level but we did have sex a few times. I started to catch feelings. I didn’t want a relationship but was honest that I started to get feelings. He doesn’t want a relationship so he cut things off. I respect It but I’m having a tough time moving past it. Thanks!

Don’t give into the victims mentality of woe is me and spiraling in feeling bad for yourself, enjoy life. You’re not a victim, you’re victorious, you’re a warrior, you are a survivor think of it that way instead. Enjoy life, there’s more to life than just men. Volunteering is a great way To get over heartache, because it makes you stop worrying about yourself and your problems, instead you focus on others, you give you a different attitude, you realize there’s more to life than what goes on within the four walls of your home, it makes you feel grateful that you don’t have to deal with what they have to deal with, and do you feel better about yourself by helping others. Reading to the blind, Habitat for Humanity for people who lost their homes, feeding the homeless at a soup kitchen, gives you a different perspective.￼￼￼
