5 weeks and 5 days

Update: I'm seeing my OB tomorrow, the spotting stopped this afternoon. No cramping or backache. Boobs still killing me and nausea still comes and goes. Hoping for a positive outcome.

This afternoon I had some red bleeding that just suddenly flow out. It wasn't a lot, but freaked me out, it stopped shortly after and I only have some brown spotting when I wipe. I rushed to our gp because our OB is in another town. He did an abdominal ultrasound. My bladder is at the top. I'm 5 weeks 5 days from lmp. He said he almost could find a rhythm but not sure. Does my ultrasound look normal for how far along I am. Is the bleeding normal? I had a missed mc in march. So not sure what to think. I am having some pain on my left side that comes and goes but nothing extreme. Should I be worried or just wait it out. My husband and I had sex last night, so not sure if that could have caused irritation to my cervix which caused the bleeding. Still have my early pregnancy symptoms, sore boobs, on and off nausea, constipation, bloated, gassy, fatique
