Possible MC..again?

Hi ladies, let me start off by saying I’m typing this balling my absolute eyes out in panic mode. I had a previous miscarriage 4 months ago, and have recently found out I was blessed with my rainbow baby. I am supposed to be 7 weeks 2 days today, but noticed I had pink spotting when I went to the restroom. Wasn’t on my underwear just when I wiped. For the most part I’ve felt fine this pregnancy, my last i was cramping a lot and this one have felt a lot different but stopped cramping around week 5-6. I’m only worried because I suffered a missed miscarriage last time and my body didn’t catch up till week 7 when baby stopped developing at 5 weeks and 3 days. I’ve done a lot of things different this pregnancy but have done my absolute best to be as careful as possible. I put on a panny liner incase I bleed more but don’t feel like I will. Has anyone else experienced this and been fine? Blood wasn’t ‘bright’ red and wasn’t an excessive amount but definitely was there. Please respond. My fiancé is worried too, bless his heart. We will both be interested in hearing your responses. ❤️

UPDATE. I woke up this morning and no blood on panny liner, or in bowl. I wiped and I’m still seeing this everytime I wipe but so far nothing heavy. It is alittle less then last night.

UPDATE// went to my appointment today and everything looked fine, baby had a strong heartbeat of 138 Bpm and was measuring on track. Ultrasound tech said there wasn’t any actual bleeding from the inside of my uterus so it’s most likely implantation bleeding!
