Does anyone else watch birthing videos to help prepare but you cry inconsolably?

I certainly didn’t need to see what was about to happen to me 😂 3 kids in and I still don’t know what the whole process looks like down there and I’m ok with that!

They aren’t birthing videos for us but rather videos from a doula on how my partner can help me during labor/birth and I cried! I didn’t know Someone else could relate to me on that, but I had a moment where I just thought “wow this is real. I’m really going to have our daughter”

I was way Hong father of the bride 2 on the weekend and was bawling my eyes out watching the birth scene at the end 😂😂😂😂💙

I still haven’t watched One Born Every Minute (UK show about real births) because I want to have my second child before I do. I’ve had my first baby and don’t want to see any other traumatic births until I’m done thank you!

She has so many videos! Some of the tips I told my SO I didn’t need but most of them are very helpful.

No they scare the crap out of me… like PTSD. Because I’ve had 3 babies. So when I see videos like that I automatically start breathing hard and get anxiety.. ugh.
