Not sure about having friend visit in last few weeks of pregnancy

I am 35 weeks pregnant and the nesting phase has already hit. Part of this phase has included me just not being very social, I'm a homebody already. I have this friend who lives an hour away from me and she was going to just drop off some used baby things this week, not really visit because I told her I had a lot going on that day which is also true. Turns out she can't come which I expected because that's just a lot for a drop off, but then she says she will have to plan a trip for another time. I don't think it occurred to her to ask if I would have time for a short visit anytime soon with me being close to the end of my pregnancy. How do I tell her that she may have to wait until we are accepting visitors after the baby is born to visit without hurting her feelings?
